Setting Up Your New Property Water Account
- New property owners within city limits must contact City Hall to transfer the water account into their name.
Required Steps & Fees
- Application: Complete the printable/fillable water account application form found below and return it to City Hall.
- Transfer Fee: A $25.00 setup fee applies to all new accounts.
- Payment: Title companies usually collect this fee at closing and send it to the city. If your closing costs did not include this, you must pay the city directly.

Water Service & New Meter Installation Application
The automated water station at 30355 N. 3rd St. provides potable water exclusively for domestic and household use.
Usage, Pricing & Payment
- No account is required to access this water.
- Water Rate: $0.50 per 50 gallons.
- Accepted Payments: The machine accepts quarters, $1 bills, and $5 bills.

Guidelines & Security
- Strictly Residential: Commercial purchasing and commercial use are strictly prohibited to maintain safety standards.

Commercial users can access non-potable water at 31611 Old Hwy 95 by opening a city account.

- Setup Fee: $25.00 one-time payment.
- Maintenance Fee: $5.00 charged annually.
- Access: Users receive a unique access code and PIN after payment.
