Mountain View Cemetery is a municipally owned and operated property of the City of Athol, situated off Highway 54, west of the city proper. With historical roots extending back to at least 1899, the grounds are maintained by city personnel and operate under the regulatory governance of Athol City Code §§ 6-1-1 through 6-1-4.

 

Per Fee Resolution 25-11-18 adopted by the City Counsil. The cemetery fees are as follows:

Open/Close fee (cremation only) Off season – Nov 1st – March 31st
Subject to City Staff 		$150.00
Winter Marking fee (3rd party burials) $100.00
